I came into working in foster care as I have always had a career in the care sector starting off in nursing. I enjoy working directly with children as I am very child focused and have lots of energy, I always strive to put positive energy into a child’s life. I enjoy being a “big kid” at heart!

I am a rugby league player, I play open age (yes I am the oldest on the team), but age is a number and I find I can motivate and support the younger players and feel team sports are like being in a family. I have completed Ironman and several running events. I have also completed the 3 peaks a few times and love hiking in all weather.
