Lorimer continually put the children and young people at the heart of our agency. We work closely with local authorities to provide safe and stable homes for young people to grow up in, helping them realise their potential.

We follow a safe recruitment policy and as such, every successful applicant will be subject to a robust application process which involves a DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check which is payable by Lorimer.

You will also assist the foster carers in developing strategies to manage the behaviours of any challenging children and young people in placement.

You will be committed to your own development by attending training and regular supervision sessions with your Line Manager.

Experience of working with children and young people is desirable.
